BUILD MY SCORES guarantees the performance of all services set forth in this Agreement in obtaining an accurate credit report on behalf of Client, as follows: if the client meets all its obligations under paragraph 3 of the signed agreement, and a client’s credit scores do not increase by at least 50 points combined at the end of 180 days, Build My Scores will refund to client the labor service fees previously paid in proportion of the services rendered that resulted in deletions. Each repaired/deleted item on the credit report is valued at $40. Also, if BUILD MY SCORES assists in settling any verified/validated accounts for the client 10% of the original amount which was settled would be subtracted from the refund.
